Welcome!

Hello everyone!

My name is Callum McPetrie. I am a young male from Wellington, New Zealand. I am interested i many things, like computer games, travelling and politics, as the blog's name may suggest.

I also do other things, like play musical instruments (currently I'm playing the Saxophone). I also enjoy photography. I am an expert in skyscrapers and many buildings around the world. History is of interest to me, particularly the 20th Century although other periods interest me as well.

As I mentioned before, I am interested in politics. Currently I'm focusing on the environmental movement, what it means and the ideals behing it.

So that's all I've got to say for now, I hope everyone enjoys my blog and posts often. My email address is callummcpetrie@yahoo.co.nz. I promise to post my thoughts and share any interesting news as often as I can.

9/10 bloggers burn out in their first 2 months.

We'll see.

Bloody hell Callum, change your Jefferson quote.

You get all amped up to get your libertarian blogging on, and choose a quote that basically says "The Government will win - give up and go home" as a greeting!

Good luck though.

Well, the site's called "Libertarian Front"-so basically implying that we are on the front lines of defending liberty. That is one of the reasons I chose the quote, to remind us that, if we slack off, that's what'll happen.

However, what you said has been taken into account.

Callum, when I first opened your blog I had a similar reaction to Eric; I pointed the comment out to my brother and exclaimed, that's depressing!

On the other hand, it is a very good quote which is almost a mission statement, a why-the-world-needs-libertarians.

Great blog so far!
